Job Description
As a Service Desk Analyst L2, you will act as the first point of contact for users and handle IT support queries. The role involves resolving technical issues, managing tickets, and ensuring SLA compliance.
You will interact with clients through calls, emails, chats, and portals while maintaining high service quality and response time.
