Role Overview – Trainee, Finance (GBS)
As a Trainee in the GBS Finance team, you will be part of a shared services environment managing end-to-end finance processes for Siemens business units worldwide. The role involves working on customer and vendor data, reconciliation, accounting processes, and financial reporting in a structured and automated ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform customer and vendor master data creation and modifications in ERP systems such as SAP
- Handle urgent and priority-based requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Identify and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Support finance processes including payments, cash allocation, fixed assets, and reconciliation
- Assist in period-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
