As a Management Intern, you will work closely with the HR and Total Rewards team, contributing to large-scale initiatives related to employee benefits, compensation, and employer branding.
This internship is designed to provide real-world corporate HR exposure, allowing you to collaborate with experienced professionals while working on impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Benefits Survey
Assist in designing and executing surveys to assess employee awareness and satisfaction with benefits programs.
Benefits Portfolio Review
Analyze usage data, gather feedback, and benchmark benefits against industry standards to identify improvements.
Benefits Documentation
Simplify and update HR documentation to make it more inclusive and easy to understand.
Total Rewards Summary Creation
Support the development of clear compensation summaries for offer letters.
Employer Branding & EVP Insights
Analyze employee feedback and contribute to employer branding strategies and EVP initiatives.
Communication Design
Create engaging communication materials and benefits awareness campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Interpret HR data and generate actionable insights for leadership.
