Job Description
Candidates selected for the Software Engineer/Developer role will be responsible for various technical and infrastructure management tasks. The key responsibilities include:
- Designing solutions to resolve customers’ business issues and remove technical challenges
- Managing and facilitating complex Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Understanding customer requirements and providing automation solutions for infrastructure operations
- Customizing BigFix deployments according to customer requirements
- Building scalable, redundant, and HA/DR solutions for BigFix
- Conducting assessments and creating automation solutions to reduce manual workloads
- Supporting infrastructure management and operational activities
Eligibility Criteria

- Infrastructure Management using BigFix from implementation to operations
- Patch Management for Windows, Linux, and UNIX-based systems through BigFix
