Role Overview – Associate Software Engineer
As an Associate Software Engineer at EY, you will work with global teams to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software solutions. This role offers hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to real-world business challenges while working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using technologies like Java, Python, .NET, Angular, or React
- Perform unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure software quality and performance
- Take part in peer code reviews and follow best coding practices
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and timely delivery
- Analyze technical problems, debug issues, and implement effective solutions
- Prepare technical documentation and system design documents
- Collaborate with business teams to convert requirements into functional solutions
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related fields
- 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates
- Minimum 60% aggregate or 6.0 CGPA throughout academics
- No active backlogs
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Knowledge of SDLC, data structures, and problem-solving concepts
- Good communication skills in English
