Türkiye Scholarships offer international students the opportunity to study at leading Turkish universities with full financial support. The programme covers university placement, tuition fees, monthly stipends, accommodation, health insurance, and cultural and professional development activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to citizens of all countries
- Applicants must have graduated or be graduating by August 2026
- Minimum academic performance:
- Associate & Bachelor’s: 70%
- Master’s & PhD: 75%
- Age limits:
- Associate & Bachelor’s: under 21 years
- Master’s: under 30 years
- PhD: under 35 years
- Research Scholarship: under 50 years
- Applicants must meet programme-specific entry requirements
- Students currently enrolled in Turkish universities cannot apply at the same level they are studying
Scholarship Benefits
- University and department placement
- Monthly stipend:
- Undergraduate: 4,500 TL
- Master’s: 6,500 TL
- PhD: 9,000 TL
- Research Scholarship: 25,000 TL
- Full tuition fee coverage
- Free accommodation
- Health insurance
- One-time international flight ticket (arrival and departure)
- One-year Turkish language course
- Cultural activities, internships, and academic seminars
Fields of Study
- Associate Degree: Technical and vocational programmes
- Undergraduate: Engineering, social sciences, health sciences, basic sciences
- Graduate (Master’s & PhD): Social sciences, humanities, natural sciences, engineering (excluding health sciences)
Some programmes are taught in English or other languages. Language proficiency certificates may be required depending on the programme.

- Applications are accepted online only through the Türkiye Scholarships Application System
- Required documents include:
- Valid passport or national ID
- Recent photograph
- Academic certificates and transcripts
- National or international exam results (if required)
- Language test scores (if required)
- Research proposal and sample (for PhD applicants)
