Job Description
As an Associate Software Engineer at Eurofins, candidates will work on a combination of application support and software development responsibilities. The role mainly focuses on maintaining enterprise applications, resolving production issues, and improving backend system performance.
Selected candidates will serve as a Level 3 support engineer responsible for handling complex production incidents and supporting L1/L2 support teams under strict SLA timelines. Engineers will also participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), permanent issue resolution, and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve critical production incidents as an L3 support engineer.
