Job Description
As an Associate Consultant, you will work within the cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity team, supporting Azure environments and ensuring they are secure, scalable, and compliant.
Your role will involve managing Azure services such as subscriptions, virtual networks, and resource groups, while implementing security best practices like RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
You will also collaborate with cybersecurity teams to monitor threats using tools like Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Azure Sentinel, helping to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, and Azure Platform Engineering, with exposure to tools like Terraform, Bicep, and compliance standards such as CIS and ISO 27001.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining secure Azure Landing Zones
- Support Azure infrastructure including VNETs, NSGs, Firewalls, and Private Endpoints
- Monitor and triage alerts from Defender for Cloud and Sentinel
- Implement identity and access controls using RBAC and PIM
- Apply Azure Policies and ensure compliance with security standards
- Maintain documentation, audit records, and configuration baselines
