- Prepare and execute test cases (manual/automation)

- Manage and monitor production servers
- Handle incident management
- Support Windows, Network, Database, Storage & Cloud systems
- Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions

- Provide first-line IT support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Manage and resolve support tickets
