Job Description
NTT DATA is hiring an Associate HR Operations Generalist to support end-to-end HR operations. In this role, you will work on multiple HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, and employee lifecycle management.
You will also contribute to data-driven HR processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution of HR activities across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and offboarding processes. - HRIS Management
Maintain and update employee data using HRIS tools with high accuracy. - Compliance Support
Ensure HR processes align with employment laws and company policies. - HR Data Analysis
Analyze HR data to generate insights, trends, and reports. - Change Management
Assist in HR transformation initiatives and support employees during transitions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline)
- Preferred: HR / Business Administration background
