Job Description
For the Cognizant GenC Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is hiring candidates for roles aligned with Multicloud and Digital Workplace Services. Selected candidates will provide technical support, follow defined operational guidelines, and help maintain productivity in a 24/7 work environment.
Candidates will work as the first line of technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues or assisting with cloud infrastructure operations based on defined processes. Good communication skills and the ability to work with global clients are important for this role.
