Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Troubleshooting
Provide remote technical support for Windows operating systems, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications.
Customer Support
Handle incoming calls and emails while assisting customers with technical issues using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Incident Management
Identify customer problems, troubleshoot issues, and escalate tickets to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Documentation
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, solutions provided, and daily call reports according to company SOPs.
Trend Analysis and Process Improvement
Identify recurring issues, report trends to management, and help improve support processes.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a B.E / B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience
Freshers are eligible to apply.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Desktop Support and Technical Support
- Knowledge of troubleshooting Windows operating system issues
- Familiarity with VPN setups, Citrix environments, and VDI
- Understanding of remote support tools
