• Receive, validate, and log client requests accurately
• Support service desk operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain proper documentation related to tickets and client requests
• Assist in categorizing and prioritizing service requests
• Follow proper escalation procedures for critical issues
• Work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment
