Roles and Responsibilities

• Process Implementation:
  Enforce IMS aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMI Level 5
• Audits & Reporting:
  Conduct monthly internal audits and publish findings
• Facilitation & Training:
  Provide process training and lead improvement initiatives
• Team Collaboration:
  Participate in project reviews and internal meetings
• Accountability:
  Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of audit results

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech (Mandatory)

Experience

• 1 to 3 years in SQA / Process Excellence

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of ISO & CMMI standards
• Knowledge of audits and process checklists
• Familiarity with process management concepts
• Awareness of metrics and continuous improvement

Behavioral Skills
