About the Role

The Learning Coordinator Consultant will support learning and knowledge-building activities under a regional programme focused on feminist and climate action. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support learning activities, including workshops, dialogues, and virtual sessions
• Document lessons, insights, and best practices from programme implementation
• Support the development of learning materials, reports, and knowledge products
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to strengthen collective learning
• Ensure learning processes are inclusive, participatory, and responsive to feminist and climate justice priorities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in feminist, gender equality, climate justice, or social development programmes
• Strong coordination, facilitation, and communication skills
