- Understand test requirements and design effective test cases
- Create detailed test plans based on business requirements
- Perform manual testing and support automation efforts
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate outputs
- Collaborate with development teams to identify issues
- Detect bugs, prepare defect reports, and track resolution
- Ensure test cases are reviewed and optimized
- Maintain test environments and execute test scenarios
- Generate dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing & QA concepts
- Understanding of SDLC & STLC
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Exposure to automation tools (optional but preferred)
