About the NATS Program
The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is a flagship initiative of the Government of India designed to skill Indian youth through practical training. Under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (amended in 1973), Volvo Group provides a one-year On-the-Job Training (OJT) program for Graduate Apprentices to develop real industry experience.
