As an Apprentice under S&P Global Recruitment 2026, you will work closely with Technical Relationship Managers (TRMs) to support global clients. This role combines technical understanding with client interaction, making it ideal for candidates who want exposure to both IT and business environments.

- Assist Technical Relationship Managers in reviewing client accounts regularly
- Identify service gaps and trends using data analysis
- Maintain reports and track project milestones
- Support client-facing projects and coordinate with internal teams
- Work with client IT teams to ensure smooth platform integration
- Provide high-quality support to strategic accounts
- Collaborate with Product and Relationship Management teams
- Analyze data and present insights to improve performance
- Gain expertise in S&P Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms
Skills and Eligibility
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
- Background in Computer Science or IT is a plus
Experience
- Freshers are eligible
- Any prior experience in customer service, analytics, or projects is beneficial
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory
Communication
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
Analytical Skills
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
