Required Qualifications
- B.Tech or MCA with Computer Science as main subject
- 2–4 years of experience as SDE (preferably in startups or product companies)
- Good internship record and recognition for technical work
- Hands-on with Linux (certification is a plus)
- Open-source or personal project contributions
- GitHub / StackOverflow activity preferred
- Optional: Published papers in IEEE / ACM conferences
Skills Needed
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Knowledge of APIs & database design
- Worked with Java / Spring Boot
- Experience in MVC frameworks and client-server architecture
- Understanding of structured and unstructured databases
- Ability to translate product specs into engineering tasks
- Knowledge of deployment cycles and service hosting

- Work with team leads and product managers on requirements and timelines
- Deliver scalable solutions based on product needs
- Follow Agile methods and JIRA practices
- Take ownership of features and handle production issues
- Mentor SDE1 engineers and support their growth
