Job Description
As a Network Engineer, you will be part of Nokia’s Global Networks team, responsible for managing the lifecycle, performance, and delivery of enterprise network services. This includes WAN, internet connectivity, firewalls, LAN/WLAN, and DNS/DHCP infrastructure across global locations.
You will work in a 24×7 operational model, ensuring network stability, troubleshooting issues, and supporting digital transformation initiatives through cloud and automation technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage global network operations in a 24×7 support environment
- Perform troubleshooting using SOPs and provide corrective actions
- Handle incident management with end-to-end ownership
- Coordinate with vendors, WAN providers, and internal teams
- Follow ITIL practices: Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management
- Design and configure network solutions and automation workflows
- Maintain documentation for network architecture and deployments
Skills & Eligibility
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
