Technical Skills Required
- Computer knowledge (Intermediate level)
- MS Office (Intermediate)
- Phone system (Avaya) – Beginner level
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Neutral accent over phone
- Typing speed 30 WPM
- Basic knowledge of insurance
Process & Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries through calls and emails within SLA
- Recording interaction properly in system
- Using knowledge base to resolve customer issues
- Following up and closing cases for customer satisfaction
- Flexible with rotational shifts and extended hours
- Must clear voice & accent test and typing test
