Role Overview – Graduate Engineering Technician
As a Graduate Engineering Technician, you will work in a clean-room environment supporting semiconductor manufacturing and testing operations. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment handling, process monitoring, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support assembly, testing, marking, and packaging operations for semiconductor products
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Perform routine inspections and escalate technical issues
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to standards
- Analyze production data to improve yield and reduce defects
- Maintain accurate production and equipment records
- Follow EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in ECE, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical, or related fields
- Batch: 2024, 2025, 2026
- Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA
- Backlogs: No active backlogs
- Skills: Basic knowledge of electronics, semiconductor concepts, or manufacturing
- Additional Advantage: Knowledge of SPC, FMEA
- Other Requirements: Good communication skills and willingness to work in shifts
