Role Overview – GET / PGET
Selected candidates will work on live projects across R&D, manufacturing, and product engineering teams. The training program typically lasts 12–24 months, after which candidates are absorbed into full-time engineering roles based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product design, testing, and validation activities
- Participate in manufacturing processes and shop floor operations
- Contribute to R&D projects including EVs and precision farming
- Assist in quality assurance, inspections, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like supply chain and procurement
- Analyse engineering data and prepare reports
- Attend training programs and technical workshops
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
- GET: B.E/B.Tech
- PGET: M.Tech
- Branches: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, CS/IT, Mechatronics, Automobile, ECE, Metallurgical, Design, Production
- Batch: 2026 graduates
- Academic Requirements:
- Minimum 60% in Graduation
- 60% in Class 10 & 12 preferred
- Backlogs: No active backlogs
- Skills: Good communication and teamwork abilities
