Job Description

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will work in a fast-paced 24×7 support environment, handling customer queries and resolving technical issues related to monitoring tools.

You will be responsible for:

• Understanding customer problems quickly and accurately
• Investigating issues and identifying root causes
• Delivering effective and timely technical solutions
• Following standard operating procedures while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Roles and Responsibilities

• 24×7 Customer Support:
  Provide support through chat, calls, and offline channels to enterprise customers
• Issue Resolution:
  Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Product Knowledge:
  Maintain strong knowledge of monitoring tools and services
• Ownership & Accountability:
  Take complete responsibility for customer issues until resolution
• Incident Management:
  Handle high-pressure situations calmly to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech)

Experience

• 1 to 3 years in technical customer support or a similar role

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of APM tools: AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace
• Experience in Digital Experience Monitoring

Soft Skills

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Quick learner with attention to detail

Work Requirements

• Must be willing to work from the Bangalore office
• Immediate joiners or candidates with ≤30 days notice period preferred
