Role Overview – Graduate Engineer Trainee (Network)
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will work on planning, designing, and managing large-scale telecom network infrastructure. You will gain exposure to LTE, 5G, FTTH, and enterprise networks while working alongside experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design network architecture based on business and technical requirements
- Perform network capacity planning to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support vendor evaluation and technical validation processes
- Prepare engineering documents and operational plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, and regulatory
- Follow standard operating procedures and engineering guidelines
- Continuously upgrade technical knowledge in networking and telecom technologies
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline
- Preferred branches: ECE, CSE, IT, Electrical
