Job Description
As part of the AI & Technology Solutions (ATS) team, you will work on real-world healthcare technology projects. This internship is designed to give hands-on exposure to:
- Commercial Tech platforms
- Safety and Patient solutions
- QARA (Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs) products
You will play a key role in application implementation, troubleshooting, and enterprise-level support, working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in deployment and implementation of applications
- Provide application support and resolve technical issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into technical solutions
- Participate in software testing and validation processes
- Maintain documentation for processes and technical workflows
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and industry practices
Skills & Eligibility
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Suitable for freshers / recent graduates
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of application support & software testing
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus
- Basic programming knowledge (preferred)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
