Roles and Responsibilities
- Functional verification and validation of processors or ASICs
- Work on processor architecture, instruction set architecture, and logic verification
- Handle multi-processor cache coherency and memory subsystem concepts
- Work with IO subsystems and protocols such as PCIE, CXL, DDR, Flash, and Ethernet
- Develop and maintain code using C/C++ in Unix or Linux environments
- Write scripts using Perl, Python, or Shell
- Work with Git repositories and follow CI/CD and DevOps workflows
- Understand hardware description languages like Verilog or VHDL
- Ensure verification coverage closure and system validation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to solve complex infrastructure challenges
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in C/C++
- Experience working in Linux or Unix environments
- Knowledge of Python, Perl, or Shell scripting
- Understanding of computer architecture and processor design
- Knowledge of memory subsystems and cache coherency
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows
- Understanding of Verilog or VHDL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline
