Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python scripting
- Maintain repositories, branching strategies, and release workflows using GitHub
- Create and manage build, test, and deployment workflows for applications
- Write and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and pipeline guides
- Assist with monitoring, logging setup, and basic incident troubleshooting
- Collaborate with developers to improve build reliability and deployment processes
- Follow security best practices such as secrets management and least privilege access
Qualifications
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Python
- Hands-on understanding of GitHub repositories, branches, pull requests, and code reviews
- Exposure to GitHub Actions including workflows, jobs, runners, and artifacts
- Familiarity with Linux fundamentals such as file systems, permissions, and commands
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts including build, test, and deployment stages
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
