Job Description
As a Junior Management Trainee, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data and create weekly/monthly performance dashboards
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements using Lean or Agile methodologies
- Act as a liaison between junior staff and senior management
- Convert raw data into actionable insights using Excel or BI tools
- Prepare high-quality presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects

Skills & Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Full-time MBA (2026 batch only)
Academic Requirement
- Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation
Skills Required
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and data visualization tools
- Leadership experience in college or internships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
