Roles and Responsibilities
Client Support
Handle client-facing queries and provide first-level troubleshooting for IT service desk issues.
Stakeholder Communication
Interact with global stakeholders and internal teams to resolve service requests and incidents.
Back Office Operations
Support back-office processes that require voice-based communication with clients and internal teams.
Shift Operations
Work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required by the business.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed Any Graduation from a recognized university.
Experience Required
Minimum 6 months to 5+ years of professional experience is required.
Mandatory Skills
Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Preferred Experience
Experience in client-facing roles, IT service desk support, stakeholder management, or voice-based back-office operations.
Important Eligibility Conditions
Freshers are not eligible for this role.
Internships will not be considered as valid work experience.
Candidates who appeared for an HCLTech interview within the last 3 months are not eligible.
Candidates located in or willing to relocate to Madurai will be preferred.
