Job Description
As a Senior Management Trainee, you will work as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain and act as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions.
You will:
- Work with global banking clients
- Understand business problems and requirements
- Design IT-based solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams throughout SDLC
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with BFSI clients to analyze business requirements
- Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)
- Create functional specifications, wireframes, and mockups
- Collaborate with development teams during SDLC
- Work with QA teams for testing and validation
- Perform functional testing to ensure requirement accuracy
- Continuously improve business analysis skills
- Gain certifications in BFSI domain (IIBF, SEBI, etc.)
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
- MBA in Finance (Mandatory)
- Passing year: 2024 / 2025 / 2026
- Minimum 60% in:
