Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and pre-onboarding processes
- Assist in employee lifecycle management including offboarding
- Handle HR service requests (AskHR tickets)
- Maintain HR documentation and records
- Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with policies
- Work with different HR teams
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be BBA graduates from an AICTE-approved institute with a graduation year between 2021 and 2025. They must possess a valid degree certificate and should not be registered on the NATS portal with another organisation. Candidates must not have completed any previous apprenticeship.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HR, Finance, or Legal
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable in a process-driven environment
- HR certifications are a plus
- Japanese language is an advantage
