Aligned to Multicloud
Perform tasks according to defined guidelines such as SOPs and runbooks
Follow customer security and compliance requirements
Maintain productivity and contribute to continuous service improvement
Work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts
Aligned to Digital Workplace Services
Provide first-level technical support to end users
Log and track support tickets with accurate documentation
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to reduce downtime
Escalate complex problems to appropriate IT teams for resolution

Educational Qualification
BCA
B.Sc
B.A
BBA
B.Com
B.Voc
BMS (3-year undergraduate degree)
Eligible Batch
2024 and 2025 pass-out candidates
Academic Requirements
Minimum 60% in UG for BCA and B.Sc (CS, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry)
Minimum 50% in UG for other degrees such as B.A, B.Com, BBA, etc.
Minimum 60% marks in 10th and 12th
No active backlogs at the time of joining
Other Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
Flexible to relocate to any Cognizant office location in India
