Candidates will be assigned to one of the following tracks based on eligibility and performance:

1. Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations

Focus: Database, Testing, ITSM
Responsibilities:

• Perform database queries and CRUD operations
• Write stored procedures
• Execute manual/automated testing
• Resolve service tickets using ITSM tools

• Minimum 60% in academics

2. Analyst Trainee – Multicloud

Focus: Cloud & Infrastructure Support
Responsibilities:

• Maintain computing environments
• Monitor production servers
• Handle incident management
• Support cloud, network, database systems

Eligibility:

• Any 3-year UG degree
• Minimum 50% in academics

3. Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services

Focus: End-user support
Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Manage and track support tickets

Eligibility:

• Any 3-year UG degree
• Minimum 50% in academics

General Eligibility Criteria

• No active backlogs at the time of application or joining
• No rounding off of marks allowed
• Candidates in postgraduate programs are not eligible
• Must be flexible to:
  • Relocate anywhere in India
  • Work in any shift (including night shifts)
• Open to Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India
