Role Overview – Sales Operations Analyst Trainee
As a Sales Operations Analyst Trainee, you will work closely with Cisco’s commercial sales teams and gain hands-on experience in enterprise sales operations. During the 12-month apprenticeship, you will learn how sales strategies are developed, how client requirements are analyzed, and how large-scale deals are executed.
This role is best suited for candidates with strong analytical skills, business understanding, and an interest in sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements by collaborating with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs)
- Assist in preparing solution presentations and Bills of Quantity (BOQ)
- Support regional sales teams in achieving targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Learn forecasting techniques and pipeline management using CRM tools
- Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and marketing
- Prepare reports and dashboards using MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in BBA, B.Sc, or BCA
- Must belong to the 2025 batch
- Must be enrolled on the NATS portal with a valid enrolment number
- No active backlogs at the time of application
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Understanding of CRM tools is an added advantage
Selection Process
The selection process for Cisco Off Campus Drive 2026 includes:
- Application Screening and NATS Verification
- Aptitude and Communication Assessment
- HR Interview
Candidates are evaluated on communication skills, analytical ability, and willingness to learn.
Salary and Benefits
