Join Cisco’s Catalyst SD-WAN team as a Junior Test Engineer and start your career by contributing to the quality assurance of advanced SD-WAN solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in test automation using Python and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing test cases for SD-WAN features and functionalities.
- Support automation of test scripts using Python to enhance testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand product requirements.
- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging issues identified during testing.
- Apply networking concepts related to routing, forwarding, and security within SD-WAN.
- Contribute to improving test processes and automation frameworks.
- Maintain documentation of test cases, results, and defects.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of networking principles including routing and forwarding.
