Role Overview

As an Apprentice in the Software Development & Engineering team, you will work on data integration, SQL-based solutions, and insurance domain projects. This role is designed to help fresh graduates build strong technical and domain expertise while working in a real-world enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using tools like Informatica PowerCenter or IICS
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
• Support insurance-related projects including policy and claims systems
• Participate in testing, debugging, and quality assurance processes
• Prepare technical documentation for workflows and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
• Continuously learn through internal training programs on cloud, DevOps, and data tools

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E. / B.Tech in CS, IT, ECE, or related fields
• Eligible batches: 2024, 2025, 2026
• Good academic record with no active backlogs preferred
• Basic knowledge of SQL required
• Exposure to Informatica or ETL tools is a plus
• Programming knowledge in Java or Python preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
