Role Overview

The Virtual Customer Support Associate role is a fully remote opportunity designed for candidates who enjoy helping customers and solving problems. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, chat, or email
• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, refunds, and account access
• Use internal tools to access customer data and process requests
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required
• Maintain high-quality service standards and follow company guidelines
• Meet performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT)
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
• Work in a structured environment with minimal supervision

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or graduate in any discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Must be a resident of Maharashtra
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends
