Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide global IT support to internal Amazon teams
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners

Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline, B.E, B.Tech, or B.Sc)
Experience
- Minimum 1+ years in IT support, helpdesk, or related role
Technical Skills
- Basic troubleshooting of end-user devices
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
- Basic understanding of networking

- Strong communication skills

Work Requirements
