As a Digital Associate I in the Machine Learning Data Operations (MLDOps) team, you will support Amazon’s machine learning initiatives by collecting and validating ground truth data used for product development. The role requires high accuracy, adherence to defined processes, and the ability to work with structured guidelines.
You will use internal tools to capture data, monitor quality, and report results while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute assigned tasks and report results accurately based on defined instructions
• Collect ground truth data to support machine learning product development
• Use internal tools for data capture and process compliance
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks during repetitive tasks
• Report execution issues and communicate failures when required
• Raise queries or issues in the internal portal and resolve them within SLA timelines
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Master’s degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Engineering is preferred
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
