Role Overview

As an Associate in Quality Services (Auto Software), you will be responsible for executing manual tests on automotive software systems and ensuring that outputs meet Amazon’s high-quality standards. This role is part of the Smart Vehicles team, where accuracy, process adherence, and productivity are critical.

You’ll work in a structured, metric-driven environment and contribute directly to improving the reliability of next-generation automotive software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual Test Execution
  Execute predefined test cases for automotive software features with high accuracy.
• Test Documentation
  Record test results, log defects, and maintain detailed reports in internal systems.
• Productivity Targets
  Meet daily testing goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Deviation Reporting
  Identify and report issues or mismatches in expected results.
• Process Compliance
  Follow Amazon’s QA standards, guidelines, and workflows strictly.
• Flexible Shifts
  Work across shifts depending on global testing requirements.
• Consumer Device Testing
  Support testing of user-facing automotive features and integrations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Degree: B.E/B.Tech (Any branch – CS, IT, ECE, EE, Mechanical, etc.)
• Batch: 2025 / 2026
• Experience: Freshers eligible
• Skills Required:
  • Basic knowledge of QA/testing concepts
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes
